About

CS Corporation Ltd is a UK professional services firm that deploys senior change and delivery capability into private-sector and public-sector organisations.

The firm was established to close a persistent gap: organisations invest heavily in strategy and technology, then under-invest in the specialist capability required to convert those investments into sustained operational results. Advice alone does not close that gap. Deployed capability does.

A new firm, deliberately

CS Corporation Ltd was founded in 2024. We say so plainly: the firm is new; the capability is not. Our practitioners bring careers of senior delivery earned elsewhere, and the firm was built around a conviction those careers taught us — that clients need capability deployed, not advice supplied. A new firm has one advantage no incumbent can match: every engagement matters completely to us.

The track record behind the firm

Our founder’s career spans more than twenty years of senior programme leadership, beginning in the Parachute Regiment and continuing through delivery roles at some of the United Kingdom’s largest organisations: directing the separation and integration of RBS and ABN AMRO (a £100m budget, a team of 250, and the migration of more than 5,000 corporate clients); establishing the delivery structure for a £1bn business transformation at Royal Mail (a £150m budget and a team of 700); leading the RAC integration for Aviva, which delivered £250m in synergy savings; turning a European integration programme at Lloyds Banking Group from red to green within three months; and delivering an award-winning infrastructure transformation at AstraZeneca. Sectors served include financial services, pharmaceuticals, telecommunications and national infrastructure.

How we resource

We field experienced practitioners only. There is no leverage pyramid of juniors learning at the client’s expense; the person in the room is the person accountable for the work.

How we govern ourselves

Every engagement runs to the same disciplines we bring to clients: a defined baseline, documented methods, evidence-based reporting and independent internal review before anything reaches a client Board.

What we refuse

Engagements designed to create dependency; findings without owners; reports that describe activity instead of position. If an engagement can be finished and handed over, it will be.
