CS Corporation Ltd maintains three original, working frameworks. They are not marketing artefacts: each is applied on engagements, each produces something the client keeps, and each is designed to be operated by the client after we leave.
Four-Pillar Change Framework
What it is. The operating spine of every CS Corporation engagement: Governance and Accountability, People and Adoption, Operating Model Redesign, Delivery Execution — applied in sequence and sustained together.
What you receive. A pillar-by-pillar assessment of your programme at mobilisation; the governance, adoption and delivery routines instantiated in your own templates and tools; and a closing statement of position against all four pillars.
Residual value. The framework is documented and remains with your organisation for internal use. Your teams can run the next programme against it without us.
Project Health Diagnostic
What it is. A fixed-scope, senior-led assessment of a live programme across five controls: baseline integrity, risk management, dependency control, decision velocity and benefits tracking. It is the standard first engagement with CS Corporation — a defined piece of work with a defined output, before any longer commitment.
What you receive. A scored current-state baseline against target, evidence for every score, a prioritised recovery or strengthening plan, and a Board-ready readout.
Residual value. The scoring model and evidence pack remain with you. Repeat the assessment internally each quarter and the trend line becomes your early-warning system.
Adoption Maturity Model
What it is. Five levels of organisational readiness for sustained change, from awareness through to institutionalised capability.
What you receive. A baseline maturity assessment for the impacted organisation, target levels per stage gate, and the measurement routine that reports progress alongside cost and schedule.
Residual value. Adoption measurement becomes a standing management habit, not a programme artefact.
Expanded framework documentation is available on request.
